My Story: From the Classroom to the Corporate World
I am a lifelong learner dedicated to building bridges between people and knowledge. With a unique career journey from a classroom teacher, college professor, and researcher to a corporate learning leader, I apply my expertise in curriculum design, instructional innovation, and collaborative leadership to create impactful learning solutions that drive organizational success.
From the classroom, I transitioned to the private sector as an instructional designer, applying my teaching and research skills to create engaging leadership and employee training. In subsequent leadership roles, I managed global teams to develop learning solutions and championed a culture of experimentation. Now, as a Learning and Development Consultant, I apply my holistic approach to create measurable learning programs that align with business goals and contribute to company success.
A commitment to lifelong learning, collaboration, and creative problem-solving has been the constant thread woven throughout my career. This approach has consistently helped me find possibilities in obstacles and transform individual efforts into collective success.
