Microlearning
Anti-Fraud Training
This course was designed with an internal client in order to bring required training in-house. An initial needs analysis and discovery meeting was conducted with stakeholder and SMEs. A content and activity outline was mapped out for the client and a subsequent prototype in Articulate Rise 360 was provided for an initial review. Upon the initial review, course development continued where interactive blocks were created and audio were added and a review link was sent to client and stakeholders. Necessary updates were addressed, final meetings and reviews with client occurred prior to course Scorm and uploading to LMS.

In-Person Training
Nurse Coaching Workshop
This full day instructor-led workshop was designed for Nurse Case Managers (NCM) to develop nurse coaching competencies and values to promote health and wellness with their clients. This workshop was designed in partnership with the pharma client and representative Nurse Case Manager who provided assets, language, and authenticity to the role plays, video scripting, and hands-on activities for the learners. A NCM acted as a co-facilitator to answer medical specific questions. The pharma client, stakeholders, and SMEs reviewed and approved content to ensure compliance to HIPPA and accuracy of content.
